What are the benefits?

Today energy efficiency is the top concern for everyone that is looking to replace their existing windows and doors or when building a new home.  We provide double and triple pane windows, and insulated door slabs built for Canadian weather.

• Fusion welded with multi-chamber design with main walls up to 40% thicker than other window systems

• Triple weather-stripping

• A consistent seal from top to bottom is provided with a standard multi-point locking system , allowing for security and weather resistance with a single lock leaver

• Egress hardware is available for casement windows

• Screens contain spring-loaded fasteners and provide easy installations and removal

• Dual glazing or triple glazing  is available with your choice of solar control or solar gain Low E options

• Our Doors have High Impact compression moulding fiberglass skins which are ‘weatherproof’; they do not dent, rust, carp, crack, split or rot and are very easy to keep clean.

• Our Doors have a Full length lock block and more internal structure than any other door of it’s kind in North America

What is the procedure?

After the initial ‘meet and greet’ the customer laison will do the measurements and prepare a Proposal for the customer – once the customer gives the go ahead to proceed with the sale, he/she will complete the Sales Contract with the customer, and the windows will be ordered and subsequently installed. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of signing the sales contract with balance due after the installation.  

 

How long will it take?

Under normal circumstances from time of order to install can be between 8 to 10 weeks.

 

What is your Customer Service policy? 

Our Customer Service is extremely important to us, and it is the ‘After Sales Service’ if done correctly will bring in more sales via word of mouth.  We answer your questions and provide the service and repairs in a timely manner that is very impressive in today’s construction market.

 

Are your contractors licensed?

Yes we are insured and licensed and only use quality installers for each and every job.

 

Do Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors products and services come with a quality guarantee?

We carry a Manufacturers Lifetime Transferable Warranty, for Single Family Residential Only.  LIFETIME Seal Failure Warranty on Insulated Glass Units which are factory installed in our CP1200, CP900 or CP500 Series PVC frames manufactured by Galaxy Windows are covered. After the first year there will be a Labor and travel cost, however broken or cracked glass is not covered.
